Terms of service

Last updated 20 August 2026

The rules for using MotiBlog. Billing numbers come from the same constants the checkout uses.

The service

MotiBlog researches, writes and can publish a blog for a site you connect. These terms cover motiblog.ai, the API at api.motiblog.ai, and the free tools on the site. Using any of them means you accept this page and the privacy policy.

Your account

You need an account, with an email and password or with Google. You are responsible for that login and for what happens under it. Keep the credentials current. Do not share the account. We can close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Trial and billing

Three days and three articles to judge it on. A card is required up front but nothing is charged during the trial — cancel before day 3 and you pay nothing. Otherwise the first invoice is $1 to activate plus $39 for the month.

After that the plan is MotiBlog Pro: 30 articles a month at $39 per month, or $390 per year. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe collects payment. Cancel in the billing settings or by emailing support@motiblog.ai before the next renewal if you do not want another charge. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Your site and credentials

You warrant that you have the right to point MotiBlog at the site, CMS and Search Console property you connect, and that the credentials you paste are yours to use. We crawl the URLs you give us so we can write in that site's voice and publish back to it. Disconnect an integration at any time from the project.

Who owns the writing

You own the articles, images and other output MotiBlog generates for your project. You grant us a licence to hold and process that material so we can deliver the service (draft, store, publish, show it in the dashboard). We do not claim a licence to republish it as MotiBlog marketing unless you agree separately.

Generated output

Articles are written by models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. A fact-check step runs in the pipeline; it is not a guarantee. You decide what goes live. If a project requires approval, nothing publishes until you say so. Do not treat MotiBlog output as legal, medical or financial advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use MotiBlog to:

  • break the law, or publish content you do not have rights to
  • attack, scrape or overload other people's systems
  • send spam, malware or deceptive pages
  • impersonate someone else, or hide who is behind a site
  • probe or reverse-engineer the service beyond ordinary use

Stopping

You can cancel billing at any time. To delete the account and the data attached to it, email support@motiblog.ai — deletion is not a button in the app yet. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk.

Limits

MotiBlog is provided as it is. We do not promise rankings, traffic or uninterrupted uptime. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage, and our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places they apply only as far as they can.

Changes

We can change these terms. The date at the top is the current version. If a change is material we will email the address on the account before it applies.
